Armin Boehm (b. 1972, Germany) studied at the Staatliche Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under Konrad Klapheck and Jörg Immendorff, focusing on painting and collage techniques. His practice involves the use of oil, fabric, and other materials to create layered compositions filled with cyborgs, politicians, and surreal urban landscapes. Influenced by German Expressionism, his work examines the relationship between technology, society, and psychological states through fragmented imagery. Boehm’s paintings incorporate collage and rich textures, presenting complex narratives that reflect contemporary life.
