Saad Qureshi received his MFA in Painting from The Slade School of Fine Art, London, in 2012, yet for almost a decade his work has been exhibited all over the world and gained international recognition.
Solo exhibitions in his prolific career include Congregation, Gazelli Art House, London (2014), In The Remains, Aicon Gallery, New York (2013), and Other Crescents, Other Moons, Gazelli Art House, London (2012).
Group exhibitions include Threads, Museum voor Moderne Kunst, Arnhem (2014), Légère Inquiétude, curated by Pascale Krief, White Project Gallery, Paris (2014), Creative Cities Collection London in 2012 at the Barbican Exhibition Hall, London (2012), and Don’t Raise the Bridge, Lower the River!, Saatchi Gallery, London (2009).
Hhighlights and Collections
Qureshi has amassed numerous prestigious awards and publications, including being shortlisted for sculpture at the Celeste Prize Show, Centrale Montemartini, Rome (2012) and receiving the Royal British Society of Sculptors Bursary Award (2012). Qureshi has held two residencies: the BBC 2 Show, School of Saatchi, London and The International Art Zone, Beijing, both in 2009. His work can be found in public collections such as the Dipti Mathur Collection, California, The Farjam Foundation Collection, Dubai, the Creative Cities Collection, Beijing, the Boston Consulting Group, the Almarkhiya Gallery, Qatar and various Private Collections.
